York SU Societies
The Minimum Requirements for Student Groups to be considered active are:
The group must ratify annually by the deadline provided by York SU.
Full Committee List, Constitution, Risk Assessment, Inventory etc.
All Committee members of the group have paid membership.
Every Student Group must have at minimum:
a President/Chair
a Secretary
a Treasurer.
All Signatories completed the online training.
All student groups must have a minimum of 10 members.
Societies with fewer than 10 members will be required to provide proof of consistent activity when asked (minimum 3 meetings/activities/events per term)
Adhere to the Room Usage Policy and Societies Code of Conduct.
