Ratification Documents
Re-ratification is taking place between 17 March 2025-11 April 2025! All active groups must re-ratify before the 11 April, otherwise they will be assumed as inactive and be put up for adoption.
What is Re-Ratification?
Reratification is the process of updating your group documentation for the year ahead. This is a compulsory requirement for your groups in order to be active for the next year.
For re-ratification, you will need to submit the following:
Constitution
Committee List
General Risk Assessment
Inventory
Impact Report
Online Training
After ratifying, all signatories must complete the following online training within the first 4 weeks of their society or media group becoming ratified:
Module 1: Introduction to York SU
Module 2: GDPR and Data Protection
Module 3: Finances and Funding
Module 4: Events, Health and Safety
Module 5: Conflict, Conduct and Disclosures
Failure to do so will result in an email reminder from York SU, and continued failure to complete all online training will result in the removal of member dashboard access.
