Incident Reporting

To make sure everyone has a safe and fun time, we're introducing a new Accident and Near Miss Reporting Form. We know that small accidents and close calls can happen at training and on trips, and we want to make sure we hear about them so we can support you and your members.

Using this form will help us better understand what’s happening in your group. The information we gather will help us identify where we can provide more support, like offering first aid training or providing first aid kits. It will also help us to ensure risk assessments are accurate and risks are mitigated as far as possible. This is about keeping your activities going and making sure they're as safe as they can be and not about stopping them.
